Instructions for presentations

  • The poster format should be DIN A0 portrait, which is 84.1 cm (33.1 inches) in width and 118.9 cm (46.1 inches) in height. Posters should be displayed during the entire conference.

  • The oral communications will have 15 minutes: 12 minutes of presentation + 3 minutes of discussion 

  • Keynotes will have 30 min: 25 min of presentation + 5 min of discussion 

  • Plenary speakers will have 50 minutes: 40 min of presentation + 10 min of discussion
