Instructions for abstracts submission

Before submitting the abstract, registration of the first (or presenting) author is mandatory. Abstracts of authors who are not registered will NOT be accepted.

After registering, you will receive an email with a link to activate your account. Then you can login at Participant Area.

In the Participant's Area you will be able to submit (or edit) your abstracts until the submission deadline.

For each abstract submitted the authors and type of presentation must be indicated.

If you do not receive an email confirming the submission of the abstract or registration, please verify the spam box or contact the organization of the meeting.

Each participant can submit up to 2 abstracts. Only one of the 2 submitted abstract can be an oral communication.

The abstracts should be prepared in English, according to the template.

Best oral and poster communications prizes

There will be awards for best oral communication and poster presentations for student participation.

One oral communication and two poster presentations prizes will be awarded by the ReadyToPub accordingly with their regulation (qrco.de/6ICRAPHE).
